Singapore Visitor Centre
The Singapore Visitor Centre opens from 6am to 2am (GMT+8) daily. They can be found at all 3 terminals at the arrival levels.
You can make tourist enquiries, hotel reservation and apply for taxi tourist guide there.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel Reservations can be made at the Singapore Visitor Centres or Hotel Reservation Counters (24 hours) which can be found at the arrival levels of each Terminal.

Arrival Lounge
Visitors who are still unable to check in to their hotels due to early arrivals can visit the Arrival Lounge. It is located at the arrival level of Terminal 3. Visitors can take a quick nap or shower. Other facilities includes meeting rooms and business services.
