Immigration

The Immigration Halls are located on the ground floor. You get there by following the sign that says “Arrivals”.

Separate queues are designated for Singapore citizens and other nationalities. An immigration officer will ask to see your passports and any other supporting documents such as embarkation cards and visas at the counter.

A vaccination certificate is required for entry into Singapore if you have passed through areas that are endemic for Yellow Fever the preceding 6 days on arrival. Otherwise, you are required to be vaccinated at the Airport Clinic at your own cost before entry.

The following countries are considered endemic for Yellow Fever:

Cote d’lovire Democratic Republic of Congo
Ecuador Equatorial Guinea
Ethopia French Guyana

Kenya Liberia
Mali Mauritania
Niger Nigeria
Panama Paraguay
Peru Rwanda
Sao Tome & Principe Senegal
Sierra Leone Somalia
Sudan Suriname
Togo Trinidad & Tobago
Uganda United Republic of Tanzania
Venezuela

Customs

If you have in your possession, prohibited items, controlled or restricted items, taxable or dutiable items exceeding your GST Relief or Duty-Free concession, items for which no GST Relief or duty-free concession is granted, or simply in doubt, proceed to the Red Channel. Otherwise, proceed to the Green Channel.
