Skytrain
The Changi Airport Skytrain system carries people to and from Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The Skytrain operates at both the public and transit areas, with a total of 7 stations.
The operation hours are from 0500 to 0230 GMT+8 daily.
The service is free of charge and the wait time is approximately 1 to 3 minutes. It takes about 90 seconds to travel between terminals.

Alternatively, the travellators can be used within the Departure/Transit areas to get around the terminals, especially in the event where the Skytrain is not in operation.
Free shuttle buses linking the 3 terminals are also available for the public. The estimated waiting time is about 15 minutes.

To get to the budget terminal, there is also shuttle bus service from the basement at Terminal 2.
