The tickets can purchase on board for SGD12 (USD7.72) for adults and SGD 6 (USD3.86) for children. For passengers of Singapore Airlines or SilkAir, only 50% of the ticket price needs to be paid. SIA Singapore Stop Holiday travellers need not pay to use the bus service. The service runs daily at from 9am to 10pm at 30 min intervals.
For those with a more adventurous spirit, why not try travel with the public transport in Singapore? Just purchase an EZ-link card and use it on any public bus or the MRT, Singapore’s own answer to the subway.

Alternatively, tourists may choose to use the Singapore Tourist Pass over the EZ-link to enjoy unlimited rides on both public buses and the MRT system. A one-day, two-day or three-day pass can be purchase at SGD8 (USD5.14) per day exclusive of the refundable SGD10 (USD6.43) for each pass.
The airport shuttle service provides direct transport from the airport to most hotels in Singapore for just SGD9 (USD5.79) for adults and SGD6 (USD3.86) for children. Chartering can be done for SGD50 (USD32.15). Booking need to be made at the arrival halls at any terminal first.
