I stayed 2 days at the Harbour Ville. The rate was substantially lower then most decent hotels in Singapore and the reviews seemed OK. Check in was quick. When I got to the room, it had a smoke odor. I called the front desk who told me they do not have non-smoking rooms, but promptly sent someone up to spray

This is my fifth time staying at the hotel. It is clean and we have never experienced good service before. The room is spartan and clean white.

Breakfast is a lovely continental spread with ham, hotdogs, baked beans, eggs etc. Worth every penny that I paid for! However, please bear in mind breakfast is not served on Sunday.

It is a few bus stops away from Vivocity, largest shopping mall in Singapore, Sentosa and harbour front MRT.

Overall I would say this is probably a good hotel to enjoy a peaceful holiday just withing a budget of below S$100!

I would recommend this hotel to young singles, older travelers, families with young children or with teenagers and tourists.
